Tile first, and more when you need it
Tile is what we do every day, and it’s most of our work. But a bathroom or kitchen remodel is rarely only tile. Walls come out, plumbing moves, a new circuit is needed for the heated floor. Juggling separate trades means juggling separate schedules, and the gaps between them are where remodels stall.
As a licensed residential builder, we can run the whole job under one contract with one schedule: demolition, framing, drywall, tile, fixtures, and finish, with plumbing and electrical handled by the approved plumbers and electricians we subcontract.
What we take on
- Bathroom remodels, from a powder room to a full primary bath.
- Kitchen remodels where the layout, counters, and backsplash change together.
- Additions and larger renovations where the tile is part of a bigger scope.
How it works
Every project starts the same way as a tile job: a site visit, a written scope, and a schedule. The scope spells out what’s being done and in what order, so you know what to expect each week. You deal with one point of contact the whole way through, and nothing is done until you’ve walked through it and agreed that it is.
